You're Purchasing the Tin Man Wildlife Photography Boot Camp.
Are you frustrated that your wildlife photos don't have enough emotional and visual impact? In this boot camp, I will teach you my proven, step-by-step system for taking world-class wildlife photos that have emotional and visual impact, building your portfolio with timeless images that will last a lifetime.
Through this 6-week boot camp (6 modules with a total of 15 hours of video tutorials with carefully crafted reading materials and quizzes), you will master the language of wildlife photography, and see and approach nature and wildlife in a completely different way. Your photos will move and inspire people, with a greater chance of being published by major magazines and displayed in galleries.
This one-of-a-kind online boot camp (starting 4/9/2017, one module every Sunday for 6 weeks) will not teach you how to take "nice" photos, because the world doesn't need another pretty picture. It will teach you how to take world-class photos with high visual impact. You will acquire a completely new skill-set that is different from what you have been taught. It will save you years of time wasted on mistakes and the trial-and-error process, and lots of money on unnecessary gear or trips. I know that your time is valuable, so the material will be concise, succinct, effective and powerful (free from fillers and fluff).
About Me
Hi, I'm Tin Man Lee. I have a full-time job in the biotech IT industry, and I started photography as a hobby in 2000. From 2000 to 2011, I basically sucked at photography, spending time in camera gear forums, snapping pics here and there. My photos were mediocre at best.
Then, in 2011, I began to take photography seriously (while still keeping my day job), and eventually became obsessed with it. I went to numerous workshops and tours to learn from the grand master photographers, did a lot of thinking and soul searching, and spent a lot of time in the wilderness by myself. I developed a system for wildlife photography, and if felt as if I had cracked a code.
Then things suddenly changed. In 2012, I won the NANPA (North American Nature Photographer Association) Top 10 prize, with the winning image making the cover of the annual NANPA Expressions magazine. According to the NANPA chief editor, the winning image was the first ever in the contest’s history to receive full scores from all the judges.
Then, within a year, I won the grand prize at the Nature's Best Photography (NBP) Windland Smith Rice International Competition, which was the top prize among 25,000 entries from 55 countries. My winning photo was exhibited at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, and printed as a 30-foot banner above the museum’s entrance. It also made the Smithsonian calendar cover and NBP magazine cover.
After that, for four consecutive years, my photos was awarded NBP awards, Global Arctic award silver medals, NANPA recognition, and other awards, and was published in numerous magazines and selected as magazine covers, including Alaska magazine. I was invited as a judge for NBP Asia and Viewbug, and was asked to write an article on telephoto lens techniques in Outdoor Photographer Magazine. I was also a featured photographer for Google Nik Softwares. Two of my photos were exhibited at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in 2015 at the "Best of the Best: 20 Years of Nature Photography" exhibit.
In 2015-2016, I was invited for a five-month, 48-photo solo exhibit at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2017, my photos were exhibited at the G2 gallery in Los Angeles, and an interview with me will be featured in the next (April) issue of Wild Planet Photo Magazine.
So what happened? How did I go from being a beginner to having this success? I would like to think that I'm super talented, but that's not it. The main reason is that I found a system for wildlife photography. The system covers the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of wildlife photography. The ideas are very different from the common beliefs about photography. My system is simple to follow, and it has allowed me to produce high-quality photos consistently. In this course, I will teach you how a guy with a full-time job and limited budget found his way into the world of wildlife photography.
Now, for the first time ever, I'm going to teach you this system. But it's just for a limited time.
If I can do it, you can do it too. I just wish that I knew about this 10 years ago! Then I could have saved lots of time, like you are about to.
There are two paths you can take from this point forward.
Path 1: You can try to navigate building your collection of photos on your own, struggling to learn how to choose and set up your camera and lenses, what tools and technology to use to get the best results, how to plan for a trip to have more wildlife opportunities, how to master the language of your photos so they speak to people and move people, how to get more exposure for your photos, and how to grow a massive following.
Path 2: If you enjoy my photos and want to dig deeper into how I took them, here’s your chance to learn a step-by-step system for creating the stunning photos of your dreams.
